Ray Fairbairn is a Wellingtonian through and through, and educated at Rongotai College. He built a successful Mortgage Brokerage before selling it in 2000 when he decided his interest was the wider aspects of real estate. Ray says he has learnt two things in his "short" life: to listen, and to keep it simple. Ray lives in the central city, and says that with the kids gone there is now no need for swimming pools, double garages, pets or extended workshops.
